 Security ◦ Setting internal security at a high level in a site; but giving external users rights to See the high level but only items they have rights to. <need to define the ‘items’ as item level security may be different on different items.  Moving a custom list to another ?site? ◦ Try exporting to excel then import to other site  Fast, but dropdown and ‘choice’ boxes are lost ◦ OR Save as a template to use on other site  Takes longer but dropdown and ‘choice boxes are maintained.  Custom List using XSLT view link breaks ◦ Need to reference by Name rather than GUID 10
