To help you enjoy it safely, we’d like you to follow the ‘Click Clever, Click Safe Code’. It’s just three simple things we want you to remember, to help keep you safe when you go to your favourite websites each day.
Put your hand up if you use social networking sites?
Did you know it is illegal to have a Facebook account if you are not 13 yet? If you have got a Facebook account, you lied about your age when you set it up or If your parents set it up for you, then it is their job to supervise you at all times when you are using your account and it should be registered to their e mail account. Make sure your privacy settings are set to keep all details private.
Did you know? If you post a photograph on facebook and you have 50 friends. If all your friends like your photograph and they have 50 friends each – 2500 people have seen your photograph, could copy your photograph and use your photograph. Once photographs have been placed on the internet (facebook etc) you have no control over them.
Here are some rules to help you! RULE NUMBER..
