Computing for Development Lab: C4DLAB C4DLab is a prototyping and innovative startup incubation lab at the School of Computing & Informatics, University of Nairobi. This lab was founded in 2013, as the first phase of a bigger complex CC4D (Center of Computing for Development) to be built at the school.School of Computing & InformaticsUniversity of Nairobi

C4DLab deals in Startup incubations, Capacity building and training and prototyping. Every Wednesday and Fridays, C4DLab carries out two activities. Power forums on Wednesdays and Pitching on Fridays.

E-Commerce and integration of mobile payments As internet grows, businesses are being moved to the internet. Everyone is trying to take their businesses online to gain a competitive advantage.

Being an online business, e-commerce poses several challenges and running an e-commerce business requires some knowledge. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Danson Muchemi. Danson Muchemi is the Chief Executive officer of Jambo Pay, an online payment gateway that allows users to securely make and receive payments through mobile phones over internet.
