Mahila Samman Kosh Online System Data Authentication Authentication of data by designated District Officers (Police officer, Medical officer, Probation officer) using Digital Signature Login/Password facility will be provided to Designated officers to feed/authenticate the information on related parameters All interfaces through Web Portal

Approval and Demand Generation Mahila Samman Kosh Online System Approval and Demand Generation On the basis of cases Digitally Signed, the District Committee will give the approval and further digitally sign the record After the approval of competent Authority in the District, Demand of Fund will be generated at District level through Software

Mahila Samman Kosh Online System Fund Transfer Sanctioned amount will be transferred directly to the account of Victim/Beneficiary through District Treasury For Medical treatment, if Case is referred to other Hospital/ Medical Institute, then the bill will be raised by Hospital/Institute and the payment will be made to the hospital account. Cashless provision for beneficiaries Certain referral hospital may require imprest money from the Fund. Medical Department to accredit private hospitals before launch of the scheme.

Monitoring of Scheme & Status Retrieval Mahila Samman Kosh Online System Monitoring of Scheme & Status Retrieval Password protected facilities will be provided to State/ Division/District level Officers to monitor as well as feeding of information as applicable General information will be available in public domain Application wise status will be available in public domain Funds related information (contribution / expenditure) can also be made accessible in public domain

Time frames for activities Mahila Samman Kosh Online System Rollout Plan Time frames for activities Constitution of an inter departmental Sub Committee to coordinate with NIC for identification of Parameters and to finalize Input forms - immediate requirement. Demand generated from crime records data and the medical requirements Administrative cost for rolling out the portal through NIC is included. Budget provision to be made through supplementary budget.
