Overview: My project topic is the technical support in instructional and learning technology department. In this project I want to see the level of the technical support in the learning and instructional technology department. I will assess if the department of L&IT provides the needed technical support for students or not, and what the level of support is provided. For example is the department provides the programs that students need or not also, is the department provides troubleshooting for students and the other support. So the department also ask me to help improve the situation in the I&LT department. Next Home Previous

My goals in this project are to assess the level of technical support in the ILT department and what the kind of support the department provides. measuring the problem To analysis and describe the data for this project I will use a lot of tools such as: Observation for the data analysis and describe them by myself and observe the technical support that the department provides for the users. I will use testing tools for 50 students in the department and ask them about technical support in the department. I will apply surveys for 25 students and 15 for instructors that survey has different questions about the technical support. Next Home Previous

recommendations The recommendations for implement the changes are: Increase the technical support people and provide person check the labs every day. Provide the handle support and technical support. Making updates for programs every time. Monitor the labs and provide the high quality computers. stakeholders I will offer the results to the college education management and the college of education will provide these results to the university management to consider the topic.
