Chapter one The whole machine problems

1.Machine does not work properly. Possible causes : 1 ) The battery pack has no or low voltage. How to judge: Measure the voltage when the multimeter is at 20v, it is abnormal if the figure falls out of the range of 9-13v. Solution: Replace the defective battery pack (No. 32) with a good one. low voltage no voltage

2 ) There is something wrong with PCB or motor How to judge: Insert a battery into the machine, and check if the LCD screen is on or there is sound “Di”. The PCB is wrong and should be replaced if one of those is missing; The motor is wrong and should be replaced if both are there. Solution : Replace the PCB(No. 10) or the motor (No.11 ) PCB Motor

Chapter two Problems about tying

1 、 The machine works properly, but no wire comes out. Possible causes : 1 ) Wire is not fully loaded. How to judge: open the gearbox cover and check if the wire goes through the gear. Solutions : Let the wire completely go through the gear.

2 ) Due to improper operation, wire does not penetrate wire sending board, so that the wire embedded in gear. How to judge: open the gearbox cover and check if the wire is knotted. Solutions : Cut off the knotted part of wire and install again. 3 ) There is knot on the wire or the wire is bent. How to judge: put out the wire spool and check if the wire is knotted or bent. solutions : Cut off the knotted wire and bent wire.

4 ) wire sending board is loosen. How to judge: check if the wire sending board is loosen. solutions : Tighten the screws. 5 ) the spring of the wire cutting blade is broken off. The blade block the wire exit. How to judge: the blade can not go back to the original position and the blade block the wire exit. solutions : replace the spring of the wire cutting blade (No. 5). normal broken

2 、 the wire can not be cut off. Possible causes : 1 ) the wire cutting blade and the wire sending board are worn. How to judge: the wire is not cut off. Solutions: Replace the wire sending board and wire cutting blade components (No. 04) 2 ) the wire sending board is loosen. How to judge: check if the wire sending board is loosen. solutions: Tighten the screws.

3 ) the tail of Wire Cutting Blade and the cam surface are worn. How to judge: open the housing and check. Solutions: Replace the wire sending board and wire cutting blade components (No. 04) 4 ) the one-way bearing is worn. How to judge: check if the tie nozzle do not run and the cutting blade does not work when the machine operates. Solutions : replace the tool rack components(No.06)

5 ) the bearing is broken. How to judge: check if the bearing is broken. Solutions: replace the bearing.

4 、 the wire comes out of the head and can not form a tie. Possible causes : 1 ) Due to improper operation, the access between the arm and movable curl guide is blocked. How to judge: check if the access is blocked. Solution: improve the way of the operation.

3 ) wire sending board is loosen. How to judge: check if the wire sending board is loosen. Solutions: Tighten the screws. 2 ) The wire circle is too big or too small. How to judge: check the size of the wire circle. Solution: Adjust the screws on the wire guide board.(The ideal size of the wire circle is about 60mm.)

5 、 The tie is not perfect. Possible causes : 1) Wire can not form a normal tie because the wire circle is too small. How to judge: check the size of the wire circle. Solution: Adjust the screws on the wire guide board.(The ideal size of the wire circle is about 60mm.)

2 ) It is hard to pull off the machine from a tie. How to judge: a. wire circle is too big. Solution: Adjust the wire feed block circle the size by adjusting the screw. b. In need of lubrication. Solution: suggest to lubricate on A point once after knots. A

3 ) wire is twisted off when tying, torque is too large. How to judge: check the effect of machine tying judgment. solution: Reduce the torque. ( Press the function button “SET” shortly again, LCD shows “SET” and “N. m”, the torque can be adjusted, to decrease the torque, press “ - ”. Press the function button “SET” shortly again, the LCD screen shows “OFF” again. )

4 ) Tie is not tight, torque is not strong enough. How to judge: check the effect of machine tying judgment and try to move it by hand. Solution : Increase torque. (Press the function button “SET” shortly again, LCD shows “SET” and “N. m”, the torque can be adjusted, to increase the torque, press “+”. Press the function button “SET” shortly again, the LCD screen shows “OFF” again.)

6 、 Machine spin out wire constantly, but do not tie, and the machine makes short four times beep many times in a row. possible causes : 1 ) Hall Block Components and PCB Components contact are not good. How to judge: Open the machine’s casing, check the connection between the Hall Block Components and PCB Components. Solutions: Open the machine‘s casing, connect the Hall Block Components and PCB Components, install the machine.

2 ) Hall line is fault or damaged. How to judge: Open the machine’s casing, check the Hall line. solutions: Replace the Hall line.

Chapter three Electrical problems

1.the adaptor and charger base do not work. possible causes : 1 ) The adaptor is broken. How to judge: Put the charger into the power supply, and then use a multimeter to check the output voltage of the charger. If the output voltage is not in the range of V, or voltage instability, the charger charging fault occurs, discontinue use and replace the new battery charger. Solution: Replace adapter (No.42)

2 ) The charger base is broken. How to judge: whether the battery inserted into or pulled out from the charger base, the green light are all not bright flashes. Solution : Replace charge base (No.42)

2 、 The battery pack can not be recharged. possible causes : 1)The battery pack has no electric voltage. a. Battery pack is bulging. b. The battery pack is short-circuited a b How to judge: : transferred to measure voltage with multimeter file (20V), Measuring the battery voltage value. It is normal when the value between 9 to 12.5V. Solution : Replace battery pack(No.32)

2) charger base and battery pack contact are not good. How to judge: check whether the connection between the charger base and the battery pack contact are not good. (the green light shine.) solution: open the charger base, and adjust the contact. red light (normal) green light(not good)
