Scenarios where Emergency Authorities need to notify citizens of an Situation Known emergency situations –Flood –Hurricane Unknown emergency situations –Explosion (London Tube) –Gas leak

Service Objectives Where need to contact Citizens in their own dwelling. Citizens at their place of work. Citizens in public venues (i.e. sports complexes, shopping malls, etc.). Citizens travelling on foot. Citizens travelling in a vehicle (public or private).

Service objectives Provide high speed message delivery. To deliver messages within a planned specified time. Offer sufficient details of the emergency situation. Provide sufficient instructions regarding actions to be taken by the public. Allow strategic information delivery to specific targeted audiences or geographies.
