Fountain Valley BARON Football Boosters 2013 Booster Plan Preliminary Draft Budget of $190,100 Changes from 2012 No Out of Town Travel Reduced the number of non- football related expenses Equipment increase to cover partial replacement. Budget is based on making our fundraising goals.

Fountain Valley BARON Football Boosters Key to Fundraising - Volunteering Volunteer commitments are met by helping with activities that generate income for the Booster Program – Bingo – Car Washes – Game Day Activities – Merchandise, Programs, Snack Bar – Golf Tournament, Poker Tournament, Summer Fest, etc Booster Board Positions – still looking to assist all Board positions: Extra Special Volunteering (no credit but rewarding) – Coaches’ Meals, Team Meals, Hell Week, Picture Day, etc

Fountain Valley BARON Football Boosters Other Player Commitments Participation in Sponsorship Campaign Provide addresses of friends, family, neighbors, business owners you know that might be willing to support the program. Drink Donations Each player is expected to bring a case of water, a case of Gatorade, and a case of soda (specified by the Snack Bar Director) – the current board is considering a $35 buy-out.

Fountain Valley BARON Football Boosters Additional School –Related Costs: Summer Football - Coaching Expense There is a cost of $165 per player for the summer program paid to the school. Fountain Valley High School – Clearance Expense: Clearance for football players approx $100 on top of other school expenses Approx $100 + ASB At clearance, the high school wants to collect the cost of transportation and trainers for the football players which in the past has been about $90. The school may require the Booster organization to pay the transportation/trainer part of this expense in the future. At the same time, the high school has an ASB fee that covers the students ASB card, yearbook, and other school items. ALL STUDENTS PAY THIS FEE. This fee depends on what type of ASB card and if you want a yearbook. Purchasing these items together is a better deal than paying separately. The total cost for an ASB card, yearbook, and the transportation/trainer for Football has been about $190.

Fountain Valley BARON Football Boosters Other Player Support Poker Tournament (October 5th) Each player is expected to find at least one player to participate in each tournament – Alternately find a donated silent auction prize worth more than $100.
