TRAFODAETH CYNIGION MOTIONS DEBATE Cynnig Tacluso'r Cyfansoddiad Mae'r Undeb hwn yn penderfynu: 1. Disodli pob enghraifft o "ef" neu "hi" yn y cyfansoddiad gydag "eu". 2. Newid Is-Ddeddf 2: Swyddogion Sabothol fel a ganlyn: a. Dileu 1.5 "bydd yn mynychu pob cynhadledd UCM ac UCM Cymru fel arweinydd y ddirprwyaeth gyda hawliau pleidleisio fel sy'n briodol" ac ail-rifo'n unol â hynny. b. Disodli 2.4 gyda "Bydd yn swyddog cyswllt y tîm Sabothol gyda Gwasanaethau Myfyrwyr Prifysgol Bangor" 3. Disodli Is-Ddeddf 6: Senedd gyda'r drafft newydd o'r Is-Ddeddf a gynhwysir isod 4. Mabwysiadu'r drafft o Is-Ddeddf 5: Bwrdd yr Ymddiriedolwyr a gynhwysir isod. 5. Ychwanegu "neu ddull priodol arall y cytunwyd arno gan y Pwyllgor Gweithdrefnau Democrataidd" i gymal Is-Ddeddf 4: CC a CCB 6. Alter Bye-Law ‘must’ to ‘should’ and 14.1 ‘shall’ to must’, as highlighted below. Constitutional tidy-up The Union resolves to: 1. Replace every instance of ‘he or she’ or ‘his or her’ in the constitution with ‘they’ or ‘their’. 2. Alter Bye Law 2 Sabbatical Officers as follows: a. Remove 1.5 ‘shall go to all NUS and NUS Wales conferences as delegation leader with voting rights as appropriate’ and re-number accordingly b. Replace 2.4 with ‘Shall be the Sabbatical liaison with Bangor University Student Services’ 3. Replace Bye-Law 6: Senate with the new draft of the Bye-Law included below 4. Adopt the Bye-Law 5 Trustee Board draft included below 5. Add ‘or other appropriate method as agreed by Democratic Procedures Committee’ to Bye Law 4: GM & AGM clause Alter Bye-Law ‘must’ to ‘should’ and 14.1 ‘shall’ to must’, as highlighted below.
