Brief profile of the Brand Group Brand Group, was launched in August 2001, with its first company The Brand Partnership (Pvt) Limited, which consisted of business units focusing on offering IMC solutions. The pivot was advertising, media buying & planning This company soon started moving forward and developed a good client base primarily for advertising, media management and BTL. The Brand Partnership was ranked at #4 in the Country last year. During the course of time this company introduced new ideas in many facets of the business in the media industry. In the meantime, the activation division of The Brand Partnership ie Brand Management was moving ahead and taking the shape of an independent BTL company and it managed events on full scale business and was renamed as Forefront Solutions. This company organised major events including sports (hockey & cricket), music concerts, road shows, launching of industrial projects and, mall storming, school/college activities and various similar assignments..

Brief profile In 2002, the Group launched it media activity by forming Strategic Alliances (SA) and Effective Media Entertainment (EME). Both these units were involved in airtime marketing and sales on Pakistan Television (PTV, the largest network and terrestrial base) and its second channel PTV World (which was terrestrial and satellite both) respectively. In 2004, Strategic Alliances signed an agreement to represent Cartoon Network as exclusive ad sales representatives for Pakistan and has been given similar rights for WB Movies. EME subsequently also started producing television plays and trading of software. In 2013 EME signed agreement with EXSET to launch Digitisation & Monetisation of Cable in Pakistan was an eventful year for the Group as all its business rose to new heights. It was in this year that Sports International Marketing (SIM) was launched in Pakistan and Canada to become the 3 rd company in the World to organise and manage a ICC T20 tournament in Canada with rights from Cricket Canada as their partners for such tournaments. SIM was assigned to manage live telecast and marketing/ sponsorship of local events, Pakistan Premier League Football. During this year Effective Media signed with Shamal to represent them as exclusive ad sales representatives for FM which is the largest FM network in Pakistan, EME besides this continued its operations of producing and trading television software.

Brief profile The Group, formally, launched One Alliance (OA) in 2009 as a specialist company providing consultancy and services to media groups desirous of launching projects – television, radio or any similar business. One Alliance has completed projects in organising ad sales and launch of new channels. In the mean time, One Alliance (through its parent company EME) has created another landmark by acquiring exclusive rights for T Series music content for cable distribution and marketing ( ad sales included) for Pakistan. This project is unique in the Country. One Alliance has recently created subsidiaries to manage cable distribution, as this critical aspect of the business also needs to be part of its operations. The Media Company (TMC) was launched in 2011 as a subsidiary of EME. This was done to shift the FM ad sales to a new entity with specialised skill set of managing such nature of business. And to provide Effective Media Entertainment space to focus the new projects because EME is a private limited company which can undertake larger projects. - The Group in the mean time, with its track record, experience, expertise

It is worthwhile to mention that the Group has been repeatedly recognised and acknowledged for its entrepreneurial skills, innovative spirit, successfully launching and managing businesses specially in the media and its contribution to bringing new ideas in the industry.
