The Bank was established in General license №1942 dated issued by the Central Bank of Russia. In 2008 the Bank became a member of VEB Group % of the Bank’s shares belong to the State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’’. GLOBEXBANK – is a universal bank rendering a wide range of banking products and financial services to the corporate clients and individuals. The Bank actively cooperates with OJSC “Russian Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises Support” (SME Bank) extending loans to small and medium-sized enterprises. 8 GLOBEXBANK’S STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT UP TO 2024 In accordance with the current strategy of development of GLOBEXBANK the main task of the Bank is to increase its market capitalization with the profitability of the capital of 15%. In accordance with the strategic goals set up for the increase of the capitalization of GLOBEX, the Bank is focusing on diversification of its assets and funding base as well as on increase of transparency of the corporate management. The main guidelines for realization of the Bank’s strategy: Provision of the most satisfying level of banking services to the biggest corporate customers of the Bank. Diversification of business – the increase of stability of the funding base of the Bank through decreasing of high share of the largest branches of industries in the Bank’s assets, development of active transactions in the most profitable clients’ segments: loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, loans to retail customers. Development of retail business – rendering of complex banking services to the personnel of the corporate customers and to the market customers of the Bank, increase of the share of high-margin retail products, which profitability is higher than in corporate business.
