SOLAR RENTING (PTY) LTD WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER BUY SOLAR, IF HE CAN RENT? THEY CAN RATHER USE THEIR MONEY TO MAKE MONEY!

WHY SOLAR ELECTRICITY? FOR MANY, MANY YEARS WE HAD CHEAP, RELIABLE ELECTRICITY FROM ESKOM, THAT MADE SOLAR ELECTRICITY NOT A VIABLE OPTION. HOWEVER, THE LAST FEW YEARS WE ARE CONFRONTED WITH LOAD SHEDDING & PRICE HIKES EVERY YEAR, FAR ABOVE INFLATION RATE. AGAINST THIS BACKGROUND, SOLAR ELECTRICITY BECAME MORE RELIABLE, AS WELL AS CHEAPER. IT HAS JUST REACHED THE POINT WHERE SOLAR & GENERATED ELECTRICITY IS COSTING THE SAME, WITH THE PROMISE IN SOLAR DEVELOPMENTS TO BECOME EVEN MORE CHEAPER IN FUTURE. BUT, WITH GENERATED ELECTRICITY THERE IS JUST NO CHANCE OF BECOMING CHEAPER, WITH MORE PRICE HIKES ALREADY ALLOWED BY NERSA FOR ESKOM FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

ESKOM PRICE INCREASES COMPARED TO CPI Year Average approved tariff increase %CPI % , , , , , , , , , , , ,55, ,55, ,25, ,29, ,435, ,51, ,13, ,14, ,95, ,56, ,36, ,85, ,84, ,

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN SOLAR DEVELOPMENTS DURING THE LAST 10 YEARS IN GENERATING OF SOLAR ELECTRICITY MADE IT NOW POSSIBLE TO ERECT ANY SIZE OF SOLAR PLANT. WITH THAT, DEVELOPMENTS IN BATTERY STORAGE ALSO MADE IT NOW POSSIBLE TO STORE THIS GENERATED ENERGY ECONOMICALLY. DEVELOPMENTS IN INVERTER TECHNOLOGY MADE IT POSSIBLE TO PUT ELECTRICITY BACK INTO THE GRID, CHARGE THE BATTERIES, AND CAN NOW ALSO BE MONITORED & TURNED OFF OVER THE INTERNET. THIS FEATURE IS FURTHER SECURITY FOR FINANCIERS, BECAUSE IF A BUSINESS DOES NOT PAY, HIS ELECTRICITY CAN JUST BE TURNED OFF!

DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOLAR SYSTEMS BASICALLY 3 SYSTEMS: 1) STAND ALONE: COMPLETE WITH SOLAR PANELS, BATTERIES & INVERTER(S) 2) UPS SYSTEMS : ONLY BATTERIES & INVERTER(S): WITHOUT PANELS. CHARGES FROM THE ESKOM GRID, & SUPPLIES POWER FOR MANY HOURS. 3) SOLAR PANELS WITH INVERTER(S), WITHOUT BATTERIES: DESIGNED WHERE THE CUSTOMER CAN FEED POWER INTO THE GRID, FOR LATER USE.

SYSTEM SIZES 1 KW SYSTEM2 KW SYSTEM SINGLE PHASE: OUTBACK 3 KW SYSTEM DUPLICATED TO 6 KW, 9 KW, ETC. 3 PHASE: 3 X 4 KW, 3 X 8 KW, 3 X 12 KW, ETC. 4 KW SYSTEM

SOLAR RENTING SOLAR MARKET RESEARCH THAT SOLAR RENTING (Pty) Ltd HAVE DONE, POINTED OUT THAT ONLY PEOPLE & BUSINESSES THAT CAN RAISE THEIR OWN FINANCE, IS INVESTING IN SOLAR ELECTRICITY AT PRESENT. THIS ALLOWS CORPORATE FINANCE & PRIVATE INVESTORS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO THIS GREAT MARKET TO BECOME FINANCIERS OF SOLAR RENTING, NOT ONLY FOR FARMERS, BUT ALSO PRIVATE HOME OWNERS, BUSINESSES & EVEN INDUSTRIES. THIS WILL BASICALLY MEAN THAT THE FARMER OR BUSINESS WILL BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE MONEY THAT THEY WOULD SPEND ON SOLAR, TO MAKE MONEY WITH. RENTING A SOLAR SYSTEM MAKES EVEN MORE SENSE FOR BUSINESSES BECAUSE THEY CAN DEDUCT EVERY SENT FROM INCOME TAX! HOWEVER, A SYSTEM CAN BE PAID CASH AT ANY TIME OF THE RENTAL PERIOD, WITH A 4% DEPRECIATION EVERY YEAR.

FINANCIAL TRUTHS IF A FARMER TAKES R200,000, OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT, AND INVEST IT IN CATTLE, HE CAN TURN HIS MONEY AFTER 2 YEARS, AND THEREAFTER EVERY YEAR! IF THE SAME FARMER TAKES THE SAME AMOUNT & INVEST IT IN SHEEP, HE CAN TURN HIS MONEY 3 TIMES IN 24 MONTHS! TAKE THE SAME MONEY, AND BUY BROILER CHICKENS, AND YOU CAN TURN YOUR MONEY AFTER 6 WEEKS, AND THEREAFTER EVERY WEEK!!! IN IRRIGATION YOU CAN TURN YOUR MONEY TWICE A YEAR IN MANY AREAS! IF THE ABOVE IS TRUE, A FARMER, BUSINESS MAN, OR INDUSTRY OWNER WOULD NOT MAKE SUCH A GOOD INVESTMENT TO INVEST HIS MONEY IN SOLAR, WHERE RENTING WOULD PROVIDE A WAY TO MAKE HIS PRESENT FINANCES MORE PRODUCTIVE OVER THE OPTION OF BUYING, WHERE RENTING BECOMES THE OPTION. THIS IS EXACTLY THE REASON WHY CORPORATE BUSINESS, LIKE THE SHOPRITES, PICK ’N PAY’S, PEP STORES, ETC, RATHER RENT THEIR PROPERTIES, BECAUSE PROPERTY OWNERSHIP, ALTHOUGH A GOOD INVESTMENT, IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS, AND MAKES THEIR BALANCE SHEET LOOKS BETTER WITHOUT IT. BY RENTING A SOLAR SYSTEM, A BUSINESS CAN DEDUCT EVERY SENT FROM INCOME TAX, MEANING THE TAX MAN IS PAYING FOR THE SYSTEM!

THE INVESTOR: THE ROLE OF SOLAR RENTING (PTY) LTD. BY MAKING IT A PROFITABLE, GOOD & SECURE INVESTMENT FOR PRIVATE & CORPORATE FINANCIERS, SOLAR RENTING (Pty) Ltd CAN FORM THE BACKBONE OF THE RENTING TRANSACTION, BY: 1) PROVIDING FOR INFLATION, BY INCREASING THE RENT EVERY YEAR WITH THE CPI INFLATION INDEX, THEREFORE INCREASING THE INVESTOR’S MONTHLY INTEREST EVERY YEAR, MAKING IT A UNIQUE INVESTMENT! 2) ENTERING IN STANDARD CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE END USER & SOLAR RENTING. 3) HELPING TO SELL THE CONCEPT, WITH ADVERTISING & MARKETING. 4) DOING A GOOD INSTALLATION, MATCHING OR SURPASSING INDUSTRY STANDARDS, MAKING USE OF QUALIFIED, AND FURTHER TRAINED, ELECTRICIANS, THEREFORE KEEPING CUSTOMERS SATISFIED. 5) GIVING RELIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE, BY MONITORING EACH SYSTEM, NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY OF ANY PROBLEMS. 6) DOING FOLLOW-UP REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE WORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

MARKETING TOOLS FOR MARKETERS TO MAKE IT EASY FOR MARKETERS TO SELL SOLAR SYSTEMS, I HAVE DESIGNED THE SYSTEMS TO BE 1 & 2 KW FOR THE SMALL SYSTEMS. THEREAFTER ALL SYSTEMS WORK ON A 4 KW BASIS: YOU JUST ADD-ON EVERY TIME, EVEN FOR 3 PHASE! THIS CAN BE INCREASED UP TO 72 KW, BEFORE WE NEED TO GO TO OTHER TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS. I HAVE ALSO DESIGNED A SOLAR WATT-CALCULATOR, TO SEE HOW BIG A SYSTEM MUST BE. WITH THAT I HAVE ALSO GOT A “SYSTEM COST & MONTHLY RENT” CALCULATOR, TO WORK OUT HOW MUCH A CLIENT WILL HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY. I WILL ALSO HAVE FREE DVD’S & PAMPHLETS FOR CUSTOMERS. EXPERIENCED MARKETERS, LIKE ESTATE AGENTS, CAN APPLY TO SELL SYSTEMS. COMMISSION: A COMMISSION OF 2.5% OF SYSTEM COST IS PAID AFTER THE INSTALLATION IS SIGNED OFF BY THE CLIENT, THEREAFTER THE AGENT GETS A MONTHLY COMMISSION OF 5% OF THE MONTHLY RENTAL. AN AGENT CAN THEREFORE BUILD UP A VERY GOOD MONTHLY INCOME OVER TIME.

INSTALLATION TEAMS THIS WILL BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR QUALIFIED ELECTRICIANS TO EARN A GOOD SECOND INCOME BY INSTALLING SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS. ALL TEAMS WILL BE ISSUED WITH: * 1) 3 X FLUKE METERS: a) Volt Meter, b) Clamp Amp Meter, c) Earth Resistance. * 2) Hydraulic Crane on wheels. * 3) 4T Double Ratchet Puller. * 4) ENOUGH TRAINING IN SOLAR & DC POWER TO DO AN INSTALLATION TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS. * An Installation Fee Of 10% Of The System Cost Will Be Paid. * BECAUSE THESE INSTALLERS ALSO HAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO SELL MORE SYSTEMS, THEY CAN EARN A FURTHER INCOME WITH 2.5% OF TOTAL VALUE OF INSTALLATION, PLUS 5% OF THE MONTHLY RENTAL, PAID OUT EVERY MONTH.
