Did you know? ACS dedicates more money to cancer research than any other private, not for profit, non- governmental funder of cancer research in the US Since the research program began in 1946 we have awarded more than $3.4 Billion

Who decides what to fund? Council determines pay line based on ratings and budget Peer Review Committees rate all applications

Many grants are approved for funding; only about 13% are funded each year. Pay-if funds become available for those grants that are approved, but could not be funded due to budget restraints, we currently have more than 123 totaling more than $74,681,000
