Office 2013 From the START menu, select Microsoft Word. You should be prompted to log into your school Microsoft 365 account.

Create a Cheatsheet You will be creating many new accounts this year which require various usernames and passwords. Step 1: Open a blank Word document. Step 2: Title the document PASSWORD CHEATSHEET. Step 3: Add your tablet login information and your Google login information.

Office 365 Portal The Office 365 Portal is very similar to Google Drive. It provides you online access to many of the tools you use every day on your computer. It can be accessed from any device (home computer, smartphone, etc.)

Updates & Downloads Occasionally you may be prompted that there is an ISSUE with your account or that an UPDATE is needed. You can INSTALL UPDATES. You can download Office on up to 4 PERSONAL DEVICES.

OneDrive OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud. With your school 365 account, you are provided with 1 TB of free cloud space.

Sync OneDrive Select the OneDrive icon in the Microsoft Portal. Select the SYNC option. A folder to your school OneDrive will be placed in Favorites in File Explorer.
