THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND… ONLY 15 of the 60 credits a SPHR must fall in the SBM domain. totalHolders of multiple designations only have to earn 60 total recertification credit hours, but may have more specified credit hour requirements. (Example: someone with an SPHR and a GPHR must earn 15 hours in SBM and 30 hours in International, leaving only 15 general credit hours available) If an activity you have submitted doesn’t qualify for SBM credit, it may still earn general recertification credit hours.
