What is ‘Reflect on Me’? A 10pt CPPD (Certificate in Personal and Professional Development) online and interactive Module for level 4 undergraduates Why? Confusion between PDP process and PDS Begin process of life long learning (employability) Reflect on skills and knowledge in work, study and leisure activities Establish links with other modules

Interface:  WebCT  Personalise entry into module  98 hours online, 2 face-to-face lectures (1 hr each)  Visual track their journey through the four seasons  Entry to each season dependent on student submitting reflective log

Content F2F setting the context of the module Outline support Season 1 (Identify): 4 Activity buttons 1: a)Shield of strength, b)Reflect on real life scenario 2: learning style questionnaires 3: a)Personality questionnaire & skills audit 4:a)Goal setting & seasonal reflection upload assessment tasks in Journal

Season 2 (Planning): 3 Activity buttons  Student will identify and utilise support systems and reflect on how they can add value  Plan ahead on how to achieve goals Season 3 (Action) : 3 Activity buttons  Student will turn plans into action and reassessing their progress towards their goal Season 4 (Reflecting): 3 Activity buttons  Student completes reflective portfolio,  finalises their action plan by identifying ways to continue their journey into 2 yr

Assessment  Who?  Module co-ordinator  How?  Automated assessment and feedback tools i.e. Wheel of Life, Vark Learning Styles Questionnaire  Checkpoint at the end of each section for (optional) commentary and grading

Assessment  Final assessment will comprise of: Reflective Journal: 50% Initial and Final Action Plans: 30% Self Assessment Audit: 20%  Assessment will be Pass / Fail  Feedback: Will be both automated as well as commentary
