Copyright Course Technology Unit Overview This unit gives students project management experience in Information Technology, undertaking project management context and processes, such as project integration, scope, time, cost, human resource, communication, risk and procurement management. Other topics such as initiating projects, planning projects, executing projects, controlling projects, audit and project closure is also covered. There is further emphasis on project quality management, standards and configuration management by carrying out work in small groups. The unit emphasis is on disciplined management and quality control by participation in a practical planning of software development.
