WELCOME GROUP LENDING ENHANCEMENT WORKSHOP

Expectation Setting Draw from the participants‘ expectations and objectives for attending and participating in the training workshop. List down each participant’s expectations. Expectation on the training content shall be compared with the slides on objectives and training content and design.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND OUTPUTS

Training Objectives and Outputs Understand the Stages of Group and Membership in Group Lending. Know how to classify aging groups and members. Understand the need and benefits of enhancing the group loan product. Know the step by step processes and procedures of transitioning Know how to use the tools used for transitioning.
