Nutrients allow your body to grow properly. Several Nutrients together keep your bones and teeth strong. The correct intake of Calcium takes care of your skeleton. Vitamin D keeps your bones very strong.

The proper consumption of nutrients enable the cells in our body to function properly Everyone wants that perfect, healthy body! The right nutrients after a workout can give you just that.

Water is VERY important to the body! Water helps you absorb the nutrients from the foods you eat.

Nutrients are full of many elements on the periodic table. These mostly occur in vitamins. Example: Bananas are a fruit which is completely nutritious. Bananas contain a high level of potassium. Potassium is “K” on The Periodic Table.
