Text: 1 Cor. 8: 1-13 Idols  We know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. Things offered unto idols  Buying and eating things sacrificed to inanimate things. Liberty  freedom from control, interference, obligation, restriction, hampering conditions, etc. Stumbling Block  an obstacle or hindrance to progress, belief, or understanding. Caution On Sinning Against The Body Of Christ  Brotherly consideration is very important in refraining and abstaining from certain actions.  Christian should be spiritually sensitive to avoid negative effects.  Lord cautions against offending little believers.  Severe judgement prescribed in Mark 9:42.  Be CHRIST-LIKE in conduct and character. What areas of life should we edify the body of Christ in exemplary lifestyle and conduct? Christian marriages. Naming ceremonies. Dressings. Graduation ceremonies. Worship services/programs. Burial rites. Search The Scriptures
