Through WorkOne services job seekers will: Know Their Skills Improve Their Skills Get the Best Possible Job With Their Skills

Job seekers will be able to meet with a WorkOne Advisor and discuss the following items: Job goals and interests The skills you currently possess that will help you get the desired job The skills you will need to acquire to get your desired job Know Your Skills

Computer classes and other skills workshops GED and basic skills classes (math, reading) Short-term training (certifications) Assistance with tuition for approved degree programs On-the-job training Improve Your Skills

Job seekers can meet with a local WorkOne Advisor to discuss your training interests, readiness, and options for high wage and high demand jobs Step One WeldingCNC MachiningAccounting Truck DrivingComputer TechHVAC Health CareSkilled TradesMany Others Improve Your Skills

Job seekers will develop a training plan with their local WorkOne Advisor Step Two Depending upon financial need, WorkOne may be able to help job seekers with other services while they are in a training activity Improve Your Skills
