Explain it to me. GA Project – Project will receive $25,000 in its first year & $10,000 each additional year. – Project will be featured in the YOU&I Stewardship Report. Dates – Meeting will be held each May to gather GA’s to narrow down potential projects & voting will determine project winner. Goal – We want clinicians to become our ambassadors for philanthropy. – To provide a clinical need that supports the most global needs of metro INTEGRIS facilities, when possible. – Have a story to share with donors & caregivers celebrating their gift and its continued impact. – Ultimately, we want to spend donor money meaningfully

How You Can Help Encourage staff to talk about the program. 1.Donations will make a permanent lasting impact. 2.Staff can be the most compelling advocates for philanthropy to our patients. Make your department Angels a big deal 1.Survey Says…Staff loves recognition 2.Less Presentations by Foundation staff means more opportunity for you to make staff feel this award is special to department
