Installing the Software After inserting the CD, a browser will be displayed. Click INSTALL to begin and the program and all supporting files will be installed.

Running the Software For the First Time To start the software, select START -> PROGRAM -> Transmille PAT – PATDRS Download & Reporting Software. The software is supplied with an activation code (inside of CD cover) – this should be entered on the screen shown below :

Entering Your Company / User Details When the software is run for the first time, it will ask which COM port will be connected to the PAT. Company details can also be entered, which will be used to print on the test reports. Select a COM port using the drop down list Enter company name/address Enter up to 2 user names This information can be edited at any time using the SETUP function.

Enabling the Memory If the software is running for the first time, it will also ask if the memory should be enabled on the PAT : Click YES to enable memory Enabling the memory function sets the PAT to a mode which performs the following actions : Displays an appliance list at the beginning of a test Displays and stores a label number on completion of a test Stores test data to memory, ready for download using the software
