An Insight In the Project The Project is about designing an ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT system which could help the foundation to do get the data of attendance in real time.

System Overview The System has to be present along two platforms: o Web-Interface : It consists of a website which displays all the data and helps in data entry of the required data for attendance. It consists of two parts : Database Server Web Server o Mobile-Interface : It consists of a mobile app which could run across at least two platforms : Android and iOS. It would be used for taking attendance of the girls.

Identification Of Risk by the Prototype

Risk Identification By the UI mock ups we have been able to understand the flow of the system and it also helps to clear the client’s understanding about how the final product would look like. The on-going prototype which we are working on is the PHONEGAP prototype, which consumes a simple json service and displays the data. (We haven’t been successfully able to complete it with in the given time limit; But a simple phonegap screen has been prepared.)
