There are several ways Angel Investor Venture Capital Investor Private Equity Example A: Initial to join as shareholders which 1 lot as RM30, 000. Locked for 3 years to withdraw, 2 nd years get dividend. Allow to transfer lot to other person Example B: Join as shareholders with RM10, 000. Every month pay RM500 to pool the fund. Where there is good deal, get fund from the pool. Accumulate Fund

Research and get a good deal? Understand the market? Based on 2012, average monthly income for a household is RM8000 We know the statistic in Malaysia, lower income and middle income is the majority market. Now!!! How to deal? Lower Middle Upper

Now!!! How to deal? Fund Commission 5% deal for property seeker if property is deal Property Seeker Find Deal Company charge 3% deal for management fees Property Deal Look for long term partnership for mortgage consultant Look for legal team for long term partnership Legal and Mortgage Monthly rental management 10% charges Rental Get profit sharing 50% to company and 50% to shareholders Exit Plan There are many ways to charge, above is just an example how to charge that. Details calculation we need to work up.

We have ready investors. Small investors, however is a good start to bring up our portfolio. Prove that if we can bring this small investor to success, then we can further upgrade to next level for bigger property investment. Why they invest on us? Why not their own? They have limited quota to invest. Everyone met their quota, they can’t further to invest. They need people to work for them to further investment. Good deal of property investment required time and study, are those investor able to consistent to manage and research? We have property seekers, are they enough to help us hunt? If not, invite them to be part of the team, train them and building a army for work up together. Those property investor may convert as a team. Before they become property seeker, they need to be our member (Membership Subscription) Do we have trainer? Yes, we have few contact which we can invite them to be part of the team. Are we ready?

How about RGPT 30% if exit early? We buying cash or lower loan we borrow from bank. Which is almost no interest been charge by banker where this RGPT will be replace by this method. Are we ready?
