Henry County Transit 4 Driver/customer clusters for two senior centers HCT SCSF DFACS-Day Care 2 DFACS-Day Care 1 Rehab DFACS MR SCSM Head-start l Henry County »48 KM south of Atlanta. »820 Square KM. »119,000 people l Customers »SC; DEFACS; MH; Rehab; Head-start; public. »Approximately 300 rides daily. l Routing and Scheduling operations: »3 personnel. »14 vehicles with the number of seats ranging from 10 to 12. »Manual match. »Difficult to generate rideshare.

Different Time Zones for Different Customers, and the Possible Ride Scenarios Time Zone and Associated Time Period Time Zone A 7:00AM – 9:30AM (for senior center) Spatial Rides and Associated Capacity Time Zone B 9:30AM – 2:00PM Time Zone C 2:00PM – 4:30PM (for senior center) Type of Customers Routine customer s Non-Routine customers Routine customers Senior Center 8 out of 12 customers in the cluster are going to the senior center with HCT vehicle 10 Seats for this vehicle Senior Center 10 out of 12 customers in the cluster are going home with HCT vehicle. 10 Seats for this vehicle Legend:  Circle indicates that a cluster of customers served by a specific driver.  indicates the customer requires ride service.  o indicates the customer does not require ride service.
