Footnotes To indicate a source, place a small number after the sentence. At the bottom of the page, each citation is listed next to the appropriate number.

Footnotes To insert in word: Go to the “Reference” Tab Select “Insert Footnotes” A footnote will be inserted where ever the cursor is located Type in your footnote at the bottom
