Goals & Objectives Increased Academic Performance / Grade Point Average (GPA) Increased Academic Performance on Standardized Tests Secondary School Retention and Graduation, including completion of a rigorous program of study Postsecondary Enrollment immediately after high school Postsecondary Completion

Why Go To College? Services Through after school activities, Saturday sessions, and a 6-week summer program, participants receive: Tutoring and academic instruction; Academic advising; SAT/ACT preparation; College visits; Assistance with completion of college admissions applications and with locating and applying for scholarships; Information on and assistance applying for federal financial aid; Financial literacy education; Career exploration; Activities with professional mathematicians and scientists and hands-on instruction in laboratories; Mentoring by undergraduate and graduate Math and Science majors; and Cultural enrichment activities.
