Summary of initial incident It is 10.30am on Tuesday 9 th October. The weather over the last two weeks has been persistent rain and low freezing temperatures over night. It is still raining this morning. A set of exams have been scheduled this week for new students.. Oily water has been noticed across the staff car park last week.
