Meteor Crater 1200m 5m 1. It is located 30 km West of Winslow,Arizona,U.S.A. 2.It is a bowl shaped pit produced by a large meteorite in the ruling plain of the canton diablo region, 3. It is 1200 meters in diameter and 180m deep plus 60m above the plain. 4. Circumference = 2  r 2 (3.14) (3.14) 605 m 6.28 x 605 m = m We will need 3799,4m of fencing, 5. What we learned was that the meteor crater is located in West of Winslow,Arizona and that it was discovered in 1891 and it’s 5,000 to 50,000 years old,and that nickel-iron pieces were found up to 640 kg in size.

Victoria Falls 1.It is located in Zambezi river,boarding Zambia and Zimbabwe. 2. In Africa it is called “The Smoke that Thunders”. 3. The maximum flow of water is 546 million cubic meters per minute x 5 = 2730 cubic meters of water falls into the gorge. 5.What we learned was that the Victoria Falls had a Kololo tribe living there in the 1800’s. They found that it was one of the greatest known “curtains of falling water”. It’s nearly two kilometers into a deep gorge over one hundred meters below.
