Innovation Research Project  10 page research paper assignment that all MINTs will be working on-assigned research project on a real problem the NGA has  Start date March 2015, due date May 2015  Topic to be researched: Evaluating effectiveness of Business Process Management Tools in the Federal Government  Questions: 1.Discuss the use of Business Process Management Tools in the Federal Government. 2.How can organizations in the Federal Government use these tools to improve business process. 3.Discuss the technical (security issues) and cultural hurdles(people more comfortable with using old processes) to implementing these tools. 4.Discuss digital vs. manual processes.
