3 Sustainable Development Department Earth Guest “Earth Guest” Program A program name and a visual identity, shared by all A signature, translated into all languages

4 Sustainable Development Department In 2006, Accor launches Earth Guest, a global program that embodies the Group’s vision for sustainable development. Earth Guest covers 7 priorities in two major fields : Human and Environmental Earth Guest program “Earth Guest” Program

5 Sustainable Development Department Local development: In order to be fully integrated into local communities, we aim at minimizing the negative impacts of our activities (fight against sexual tourism involving children…) and maximizing our positive impacts (employee training programs, green building…). Human rights: In order to guarantee human rights, we ensure conformity with the International Labor Organization (ILO) regulations within our activities. Health: In order to satisfy guest and employee needs in terms of health and well-being, Accor develops programs to fight against AIDS, malaria and other severe diseases. 6 Sustainable Development Department Energy: In anticipation of the energy crisis, we reduce our consumption and support renewable energy technologies. In order to protect the ozone layer, we limit the emission of the harmful gases present in refrigerating equipment. Water: In order to prevent the risks linked to water shortage, we reduce our consumption and favor water recovery systems. Waste: In order to limit waste management costs, we reduce waste production and favor recycling. Biodiversity: In order to preserve species threatened with extinction, we act closely together with several associations. Environmental Priorities “Earth Guest” Program
