INTRODUCTION PURPOSE OF RESEARCH STUDY RESEARCH METHODLOGY RESEARCH RESULT CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK DESIGN SYSTEM DISCUSSION

- Economic change, society growing rapidly - Competitive labor market - 21th Century Learning

Studying is the process in which helps oneself to develop in many aspects but Studying only by theoretical learning, however, might not enough to bring out the body of knowledge to effectively develop a country. Experience in working was also another important reinforcement that helped combine skills, intellects, and knowledge of a person in order to improve his or her organization. Information and Communication Technology has developed rapidly

to analyze a research framework of information system for intelligent cooperative education process management on cloud computing technology. to design the information system for the above. to evaluate the design of information system.

Phase 1: Reviewed papers and synthesized relevant literature to scope the area of study in order to design the system. Phase 2: Design and Evaluate the design of the information system for intelligent cooperative education process management on cloud computing technology.

Population and Sample Populations of the study were experts specialist in both cooperative education and ICT in higher education institutions. The sample group was the purposive sample group of five experts with three year experiences in both cooperative education and in ICT.

Tools The open-ended and closed-ended question of a questionnaire with a five-point rating scale 1. for least appropriate 2. for scarcely appropriate 3. for somewhat appropriate 4. for highly appropriate 5. for the most appropriate

Data Analysis Mean and Standard Division were used to analyze the appropriateness of the design. By average 1.00 – 1.80 for least appropriate 1.81 – 2.60 for scarcely appropriate 2.61 – 3.40 for somewhat appropriate 3.41 – 4.20 for highly appropriate 4.21 – 5.00 for the most appropriate

The conceptual framework consist of four components : (1) Stakeholder (2) Cloud Computing Technology (3) Intelligent System (4) Cooperative Education Process

The evaluation of the design of information system for intelligent cooperative educational process management on cloud computing technology by experts shown in Table.

Designing CriteriaXS.D.Appropriateness - The system design meets with the conceptual framework and the objectives. - The output units (letters, illustrations menu topics) are appropriate for the usage. - Menu easily and accurately access to other part. - Users are able to access to the needed information. - The system design is user- friendly Highly Highly Highly Highly Highly Average Highly

The result evaluated by the experts on the design of the intelligent information system for cooperative education management on cloud computing technology, in general, was considered as highly appropriate (Mean =4.02, S.D.=0.54).
