Thermal camera use in medicine Šimon Midlik Slovakia

How it works - shows abnormal temperature in the picture - indicating pain - caused by - inflammation - necrosis - ischemia - or neuropathic pain (sympathetic nerves)

How it works - camera captures images in infrared (10 -6 – m) - sensitivity min. 0,1°C - normal body has symmetrical thermogram - centre is wormer than perifery of body

Pros n cons + Noninvasive + Harmless + Less expensive + Safe for patient - 75% validity - unable to measure inner organs - specially educated doctor needed

Diseases - vascular diseases - skin diseases - rheumatic joint diseases - breast cancer - cardiovascular diseases : - different color of finger/hand - Superficial Temporal Artery - constriction in the artery or arrhythmia - we can count the arterial pulse by measures of STA (Farag, Chekmenev, Essock)

Our measurements heart rate: 52/min 148/min temperature: 31,7°C 31,9°C

Our measurements heart rate: 56/min 142/min temperature: 30,3°C 30,6°C

Thank you for attention
