However, should early signs of injury or an injury occur we have teamed up with selected medical partners who will give preferential appointment times to the SMHS XC athletes. Just mention you are with SMHS XC team when you call. Training Groups Chris A Large Development Oriented Program requires enough Coaches to provide time and attention to coach your athletes In 2013, we will have 5 training groups, each with a coach assigned to that group for the season Groups Placement based on several criteria: Speed (PRs, time trail, meets), mileage over the summer, years of experience in running Placement in groups will be adjusted throughout the season based on athlete performance and coach observation in practice
