Is a data career a possibility? Data people are in demand – it is now a good job market and employers are open to hiring people with less experience. Data jobs are hands on – data is manipulated using tools can be mastered with a bit of training and practice. Data tools and training are available for free – if you know where to find them and what to study. Employers are expecting online training and certifications. Data experience can be gained through freelance work and self-directed projects. A data Linkedin professional profile and resume can be created which will attract recruiters.
