© 2011 Industrial Services and Consultancy. All rights reserved. WHAT IS CRYSTALLIZATION ? The active chemical in the products forms crystals within the capillaries in the concrete thereby making the concrete permanently impermeable & conventional waterproofing may be dispensed with.

© 2011 Industrial Services and Consultancy. All rights reserved. PRODUCTS AT A GLANCE TAMMS “HEY’DI ADMIX –K”– This comes in powder form and is added to the concrete at the time of batching. As the concrete sets crystals are formed within the capillaries of the concrete thereby making the concrete waterproof & also enhances the compressive strength. Tamms Admix K reduces slump but increases workability, thereby making it the ideal mix for water retaining structures, sloping roofs, podiums & retaining walls for appropriate vibration. Further it increases compressive strength of treated concrete by 25%. This product is ideal for builders as it is the most cost effective quality item. This material to be used for waterproofing critical areas. Material comes in pack size of 227 kg/ 500 lbs drum. TAMMS “HEY’DI” K-11 – This is brush applied on old or new concrete, and can be applied as single coat from positive side/minimum two coats from negative side. Also used as dry pack for sealing strips (fillets) at construction joints, for repair of cracks & cold joint bonding. The process of crystallization takes place within the capillaries of wet/ moist and clean concrete, there by resulting in permanent waterproofing. Material comes in pack size of 22.7kg/ 50 lbs. TAMMS SPEED PLUG – Fast setting, non shrink, high bond strength hydraulic cement Compound for concrete repairs, stops flowing water within minutes. Seals cracks, tie holes and used by itself or along with Tamms “HEY’ DI” K-11 for general repair or patching of concrete. Material comes in pack size of 22.7kg/ 50 lbs

It cannot puncture or tear at the seams. 2.TAMMS due to the above is permanent in nature and dispenses with any other waterproofing, thereby dead load on the slab is eliminated.

TAMMS however does not rectify workmen defects like honey combing etc. The same can be rectified by grouting/with Tamms Speed Plug. 12. TAMMS is non toxic as such can be used for potable water retaining structures.

(d) Unloading at site in customer scope. (e) Transportation additional on actual to be paid to transporter directly by customer. (f) Govt/ Corporation levies if any will be charged extra. (g) Consultancy charges if required will be additional cost. Quotation valid for 30 days.
