Laughter Yoga was founded in 1995 in Mumbai by Cardiologist Dr Madan Kataria whilst writing an article for a health magazine. Founded in Ireland in 2003

Anti Stress Relaxes all the muscles Expands all the blood vessels and sends more blood to the extremities and other muscles. A good bout of laughter releases the level of stress hormones epinephrine and cortisol. It has been said that it is a good form of meditation and relaxation.

Strengthens the immune system. Researchers have found that after laughter therapy there is an increase in antibodies in the mucous of the nose and respiratory passages which creates a protection against viruses, bacteria and other organisms. Best Aerobic exercise According to Dr William Fry of Stamford University 1 minute of laughter is equal to 10 minutes on a rowing machine.

Depression..Anxiety..Psychosomatic Disorders Laughter is an aid and support against all of these.
