TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction 36 American Printing House For The Blind (APH) Orders The APH Federal Quota Program allocates federal funds to public and private educational programs that register students who are legally blind. Congress allocates funds annually. Agency funding is based on the number of students registered with the APH. An authorized person may use IMODS to place orders for APH products using Federal Quota funds.

The educational agency returns the authorization list in their annual registration packet of qualified legally blind students. The APH catalog can be found at

Click on GO to show search results. Click on the catalog number under APH Product Search. The APH Product or the APH book description will pop up. Verify that this is the product or book needed. Under available formats, click Add to Cart for that catalog number. The Shopping Cart will display the list of items ordered. Type the number needed under quantity, and click on Update Cart.
