WELCOME TO A DRAMATIC NEW FORCE IN TEAM BUILDING WHO The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has been a world leading centre of excellence for theatrical training for over 100 years. RADA has produced some of this nation’s greatest entertainers. Inneventive, established in 2001, is one of the UK’s leading creative team building and event specialists. WHAT The effective harnessing of creative and powerful talents from the two organisations to create unique commercial team building programmes. WHY Good communication, confidence building and simple enjoyment are the corner stones of successful team building. Our bespoke and ready built programmes capture the dynamism, and rigor of producing dramatic performances, marrying them with commercial situations for effective team building.

REASONS TO ENGAGE US Benefit from experts in designing team building programmes Benefit from a century of skills in the dramatic arts Be inspired by tutors who currently teach the stars of screen and stage. Follow the footsteps of Anthony Hopkins, Ralph Fiennes, Alan Rickman, Sean Bean to name a few. Corporate Social Responsibility. Profits are invested back into RADA. The quodos of saying: I trained at Rada! No one does it better

SILENT MOVIE WHAT: Make a silent movie working with movement tutors who have taught the likes of Sasha Baron Cohen and Stephen Fry. WHO: Teams of between 10 and 30 delegates for a half or full day. BENEFITS: To understand others, trust, confidence, body language and a fine piece of film making. So much about communication is non verbal. Use the workshop to engage your team in new forms of expression, interaction and body language, while working on a hilarious movie. You will learn the cause and effect of your actions on your teammates. Drawing on RADA’s expertise in clowning workshops, physical comedy and masks, teams will learn the techniques of some of the world’s greatest physical comics, such as Charlie Chaplin and Laurel and Hardy, and at the same time build on their own confidence and communication skills. There’s a lot that goes into falling over. The output for the day will be a black and white, slapstick movie lasting 2 to 3 minutes. The subject matter will be chosen during a training needs analysis held prior to the day.
