 Eligibility for the Florida KidCare program is based on family size and household income.  Those families with incomes under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) may be eligible for subsidized health coverage.  Families over 200% FPL are eligible for coverage at full pay rate.

 Florida Healthy Kids – children 5 through 18 that are not Medicaid eligible; $15-$20 per month per family – Full pay $133 per month per child with dental, $121 per month per child without dental. Small co-pays.  Children’s Medical Services Network CMSN – children from birth through 18 years who have special health care needs, or ongoing medical conditions including behavioral health.
