Background: PPI sells its Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) service to ecommerce companies & banks for the benefit of consumers & SMBs. Piloted Use Cases prove sustainable business models incorporating Greenlisted Identity Credentials and Attribute Assurance. The proposed Greenlist System of federated registries has piqued interest among some in the emerging coalition of forces that advocate stability. Plans are emerging to rearrange the international financial and economic architecture on the principles of mutual benefit, fairness, and respect for national sovereignty. Intellectual Property Rights for Systems patents, especially for companies like Google, are very important. Since some will not invest in implementing a service based on the IP without international patent rights, a purchaser can acquire the first right of refusal conditional on some sort of cap in licensing fees. The intent is to establish the RAND basis when IPR assignments transfer. Continuation of SEP designation – standards path is at the discretion of new ownership. Distinction: Google develops technology to enable companies to be more efficient or cost effective whereas Amazon licenses patents for rolling out its own service. Metaphorically, each would have different interest in this IP: Amazon to buy the milk. Google to buy the whole cow. Intentional considerations: The model supports consistent, security-by-design among federated registries in China, India, US and the EU. We are committed to evolve this work to boost the chances of success in the following endeavors: Creation of a universal payment system for BRICS countries, possibly leading to a common payment card that would incorporate China’s UnionPay, Brazil’s ELO, India’s RuPay, and Russian payment systems Building of an interbank information exchange (messaging) system similar to SWIFT and which is independent from the United States and European Union while incorporating an open standard mechanism for discovery, trust & inter-operability.
