Database management: Village Taluka District City Requirement's for Project: Govt. should issue mobile phones to farmers instead of computers Provision for issue of simcards to farmers with basic documents Database of farmers in a particular village or taluka or district can be collected Database generated can used for following purpose: Number of farmers in a region Specific Telephone Identity Number should be provided to individual farmers A full profile of farmer including his crop rotation, which crops can make him profit and his usage regarding use of fertilizers should be entered which inturn can be controlled and monitored Monitoring work of farmers can be assigned to Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Village Taluka District City
Farmers Service Cell (FSC) Road map of project: Farmers Service Cell (FSC) Farmers Service Cell: ( Non-profit Organisation) Generate Employment for local graduates, educated students and offer them recruitment at Farmers Service Cell and provide them training. FSC be established at Taluka or District Level depending upon availability Database generated can be used for survey, policy planning purpose Aadhar card can be linked to Farmers profile for genuine transfers of data Individual farmers can be given attention Like Ration shop farmers can collect fertilizers and pesticides at subsidise rate from FSC A server can transmit information to farmers on their cell phones Since Economics plays important role farmers must be asked to pay one time enrolment fee. Global Scale: Ministry of Agriculture, Media agency and authorised officers can flash messages and information across the nations farmers via Farmers Service Cell Research and Development, which brand or quality of product need to be utilised for which crop etc. Facilities avail to the farmers will be on minimum monthly rental basis which will definitely provide some working capital for expenses occurred. Farmers Receive real time information from FSC Any alert or suggestion and latest news can be transmitted through Short Message Service (SMS) Farmers can call FSC, identify themselves using personal Telephone Identification Number(TIN) and ask for solution to their grievances This methodology can make them handy at usage of Mobile phones and connect them eventually to Global market
