PLAN As you grow you slowly but surely replace field nights with opp nights. When you start it’s 2 or 3 nights in the field with 1 opp night and a Saturday. Then you move into 1 or 2 nights in the field with 2 opp nights and a Saturday. You continue until you’re doing 3 or 4 opp nights per week and a Saturday. Eventually you have others running your multiple opp nights and you just run your weekly opp night and Saturday for your base.
