Psychological & Personality test John Holland Self Directed Search The SDS was designed to assist students and adults with career exploration and educational and career planning. Individuals answer questions about their aspirations, activities, competencies, occupations, and other self-estimates and discover occupations that best fit their interest skills. Leonard Personality Inventory The LPI is designed by Professor Leonard Young and LPI is formulated based on the Five Factors Model (FFM) of human personality. It is anchored under the Types & Traits Theory of classical personality theories. An individual’s personality profile can be obtained from administration of the LPI. Index Of Learning Style The Index of Learning Styles (ILS) is an instrument used to assess preferences on four dimensions (active/reflective, sensing/intuitive, visual/verbal, and sequential/global) of a learning style model developed by Richard M. Felder and Linda K. Silverman. Individuals who wish to determine their own learning style profile can administered the test. Learning And Study Skills Inventory (LASSI) The LASSI is a 10-scale, 80-item assessment of students' awareness about and use of learning and study strategies related to skill, will and self-regulation components of strategic learning. The focus is on both covert and overt thoughts, behaviours, attitudes and beliefs that relate to successful learning and that can be altered through educational interventions. Through this test, individual can be aware of their strength and weakness related to study strategy, therefore improvement can be make by individual who wish to obtained a good result.
