For Each item, use your chart on p. 58 to explain what the next step is likely to be in the legislative process: 1.In a close vote, S1237, creating 2 new wildlife preserves, passed the Senate. 2.Agreeing with their Judiciary Committee, the full House passed 3 Articles of Impeachment against the president. 3.The House and Senate have passed 2 different versions of a bill on banking. 4.The president signed a trade treaty with Japan.
