Rainfall Statistics For the state as a whole, 2008 ranked 31 st driest out of 113 years with in. (normal is 27.92). December 2008 ranked 4 th driest statewide out of 113 years with 0.45 in. Normal is 1.90 In comparison, 2007 was the 6 th wettest year on record.
