Activity: Using the provided notecards, take a moment and write down the first two thoughts you had about the above photo.

Objectives Demonstrate the tools that will replace the current sick time tracking system. Alleviate concerns for the new system.

Results from the Needs Assessment 1. Concerns that change will limit manager flexibility 2. The new system will add to work load 3. The payroll department audits and fixes all mistakes, which means managers do not need to know all of the pay policies.
