Why file? To become eligible for: ▫Social Security number ▫Two year work permit ▫Driver license (in most states) ▫Travel document (and possibility of AOS) Possibility of program renewal in August of 9
What are the concerns? Documenting removability. ▫Applicant and family members Not guaranteed. No appeal process. ▫Can be NTA’d. No pathway to U.S. citizenship. Misrepresentations = enforcement priority 7 of 9
