EXTENDED ESSAYS  INCLUDE BIBLIOGRAPHY IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER  INCLUDE ONLY REFERENCES CITED IN THE TEXT  TWO RECOMMENDED METHODS: HARVARD SYSTEM (Author, year) NUMBERED REFERENCING WITH FOOTNOTES OR ENDNOTES BE CONSISTENT!
